o Evaluated differentiation of stem cellS (hASCs) in 3D scaffolds and hydrogels using nondestructive techniques
o Worked with various mammalian cell lines (hASCs, Chondrocytes, 3T3, MG63, C2C12, CHO) and E. Coli
o Developed novel nondestructive quality evaluation system for engineered tissue constructs
o Planned and executed designed experiments to systematically characterize CQA of impedance spectroscopy.
o Analyzed the Dielectric Spectroscopy signals by developing a custom-coded python script for quality monitoring

o Developed a GUI using python to track the historical quality attributes automatically for long term studies
